I got it too, it's pretty fun. Think a hybrid between a rhythm game and a strategic RPG.
The only thing that bothers me about it is that sometimes there's a slight lag between pressing the button and the game actually registering, thus throwing off your rhythm.

xtole13,
Okay, here are a few reasons why you should get it.
1) It's a PSP Exclusive.
2) It's only 19.99 USD. With minimum wage in the US, that's close to just 3 hours of work. (Assuming you live in the US).
3) It's a PSP Exclusive.
4) It's a PSP Exlcusive.
5) It's a blend of music + blood + gore + cutesy little things of doom that wields weapon and carnage for spirit.
6) The load times are close to non-existent.
Now, honestly, the game is pretty fun. I bought it on the release date. If you want a casual game to keep you occupied for minutes at a time, this game will do it for you. I usually play for about 30 minutes, and I stop. (Mainly because I have assignments + tests to catch up on) I'm the kind of person who can enjoy grinding for equipments + kaching($$$). So if you're not that kind of person, this game may not be for you.
And of course, who can't appreciate the awesome power of Yumipons(Bowmen) who are capable of firing 3 arrow shots during their FEVAH mode.
Hope that helps,
Cheers.

Its a good diversion game. Good for waiting rooms and the like. For me, it's not something I set aside time for, like I do for Syphon Filter Logan's Shadow.

it's addicting, it merges army like strategy elements, music and rhythm, and some simple puzzle solving, and timing.
You have to build your army with proper units and equip them appropriately to do battle correctly. Then during battle you have to choose appropriate tactics, and choose the right time to defend, attack, charge, ect. all while trying to keep beat oh and theres multiple "songs" you have to drum to make your army perform various actions so you've gota remember the songs while you fight. and they all sound different so your rythm gets thrown off switching from attack to defend ect. and then there's the puzzle solving bits where you have to figure out how to acquire certain weapons and such that you'll need. It's a much deeper game than it appears on the surface. It's actually frustrating the hell out of me b/c i have awful rhythm and i'm not very good at it but i can't stop playing it.
