well i just finished the game, and i have to say this is one awesome story line. Seems like the next project they will be working on is a book haha. but i got a quick question for anyone who may know the answer... At the end two guys take genisus. are those the two guys in Advent Children? and is Genisus that dude who becomes sephiroth in AC?

im almost about to end the game and i love it .. ive always heard about ff7 but i never played it this is my first ff game besdie ff tactis for gba ... but i mean i have advent children . and i have heard about the story behind ff7 .all in all I LOVE THIS GAME WITH A PASSION .THIS GAME ROCKS ,

Genesis is like Sephiroth. A first class soldier who went underneath an experiment by a guy named Holander but the experiment didn't quite work and he started to degrade and wear away. I haven't beaten the game just yet working on missions so I don't know about the two guys who take him away. Kadaj was the guy who became Sephiroth in Advent Children. And if you played Dirge of cerberus you would also know at the end of that game Genesis reawakens picks up Sephiroths limp body says "No time to sleep we've got work to do." and flies off with him. My opinion they might make a game actually after Dirge of Cerberus. What they need to do is bring Zack back like they keep bringing back the bad guys. Have a Cloud and Zack vs Sephiroth and genesis fight. | |

ok, once i got over being pissed this game has grown on me some. the game play is decent and the graphics are tip top, however the combat is somewhat of a button masher (on normal) and i still think it would have been better if they would have stuck to the turn based combat system.

I beat the game in the course of 3 days (second day didnt play much went out with friends.) People say the battle system isn't very good (namely xplay) but i look at it this way, FF7 battle system is the same way exept now you can run away dodge and block when ever so all in all its an upgrade to the original game play mirite?
but anyway I love the game and I had been wanting to play it ever since i saw the ss and vids from japan. I'm starting over with a lvl 40 char and am doing all the missions and getting all the dmw's and its taking longer then expected wich isnt a bad thing at all
i give this game a 10/10
