I agree the best Street Fighters were on PS1 or PS2... I will take it a step farther to say the best SF game ever was on PS1, it was "Street Fighter EX plus Alpha". That game was so awesome, best 2D fighter I have ever played with the exception of maybe the arcade version of "X-Men: Children of the Atom" or "Marvel Super Heroes".
