Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
FF7...very sweet game! Only problem I had with it was that it seemed too short. Otherwise, very enjoyable!

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
basically what square did here was
give sora from KH a sword instead of a key-bat thing, and a little more height.
what was said about only needing few materia is true. idk if square overlooked this but theres a few WAY overpowered materia in here like costly punch. costly punch runs this game man. i dont think the gameplay is that great...the game is practically played for you with all the limit break dmw scenes and stuff. i wouldve thought it more fun to input button combos or even mash for to execute limits. 300 missions but 299 of them are mundane dungeon-crawling expidentures that usually reward you with a materia or item you already had because you looked up the fusion mats for it on the web (not counting things such as shops, the armor slots etc), with the last one being a face-off between the goddess of dicks. i give the gameplay a 7/10
as for the graphics and sound, i give a 10/10. square usually outdoes themselves on these parts.
storyline 10/10, explains zack's pov for the ff7 series and the backstory for the psx game/everything afterwards in the timeline.
now dont get me wrong, this is the best psp game ive played so far. it just felt too easy my first run through. ill do the newgame+ hard settings then come back and add more. |

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
Crisis Core is on of the greatest games ever on the PSP.
Square did a good job on making the game.
The graphics alone will blow your head off.

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
I havent beaten this yet, because I got a bit bored with it. I am almost to the end I think. I feel like it is a bit short, although for all I know I have a lot more to go. Haven't played it in months.
I think the graphics/sounds were excellent. Cut scenes, epic cut scenes. Always a pleasure.
I felt though it was more of a hack and slash fight sequence, which I didn not really appreciate. I felt many times that the training/missions stuff was ridiculously repetitive. At one point while doing a ton of the side missions, I swear every attack was
Story was great. Would have liked to have had more. Then again, I never played FFVII, so for those who have this might just be great no matter what.
Certainly a worth while buy. I have no regrets buying this, and neither has anyone else who I have suggested to buy the game. |

Excellent story line. Very addicting and fun to play, really absorbs you into it. for some parts you'll find that you have to train a little bit to beat a mission but training in itself is extremely fun as you get many items and also have the oppurtnity to raise your stats and materia levels. Overall, Square Enix have out done themselves. | This game wasn't that fun but i like the battle system alot that's what i enjoy most about the game because taking turn attacking just kills the fun. They should let you get out of the place at the ending and go back to the shrine company but instead you are stuck at the tunnel inside a dam cave. I actually beat the game in easy mode than play hard mode but than i never had the chance to finished the game because it was too hard. I have never had the chance to battle the female monster in the cave carven that i saw on youtube. Did any of you guys get to battle that bonus boss in the cave carven. I woulda whoop her ass |

This game proves that Square has some of the best designers, producers, programers, etc. These guys could take a vision of a overly obese man taking a dump in YOUR sandwich, and you would think it's the greatest thing ever while you eat that sandwich.
Story is exactly the same as every other FF game (which is why I've grown tired of them (I started playing on SNES with FFIII and went back to 1 and worked my way up to 10 (even some of the "mod" jappanese versions of the none US releases, gameboy versions, PS1), they need to seriously let the series die so these Uber programers/designers/etc can make a game worth playing).
The game play was pretty much auto-pilot, I slept through the entire thing. It's nice that the younger people here enjoy it and get to experience the droll boredum that is Final Fantasy. But if you guys really want to waste your time and money on somthing like this, play WoW or another MMO.
