PSPMod.com is a free website for Sony PSP related subjects. You can post your information, problems and any other related material here. We (members) will try to answer your problems and request. Everybody is welcome no matter if you are beginner, advanced or expert. New hardware and software can be discussed here. We expect you to give serious replies, posts without content don't contribute to this forum. Funstuff and Offtopic posts can be made in the right section.
Before posting on this site you will have to agree with the following rules:
• First of all, all posts must be written in english, there are several nationalities browsing this forum, people must be able to understand what you write.
• Treat others with respect, they are spending their time on YOUR problem. Be patient and help others if you can. Trolling and flaming will be punished, because it ruins the atmosphere.
• Post in the right section (e.g. no downloads question in Fun Section)
• Try to solve the problem yourself before posting and make sure you have used the Search before posting.
• Use clear topictitles, tell us what you've tried, unnecesary caps will be removed (not: "HELPPPP!!!! MY CARD DOESN'T WORK!").
• Don't kick topics up within 3 days if you haven't recieved a reply yet.
• Make sure you've read the FAQ (if available) of each section before posting.
• Do not hijack a topic by posting your own problems unless requested.
• Do not crosspost.
• The content of your post MAY NOT contain any:
- Abusive language
- Porn
- Commercial instuctions
- Shocking pictures - Spam (especially not other warezboards)
- Using a post for your link advertisement (talk to Admin first) PSPMod.com reserve the right to change the forum rules at any moment without notice, change the posts of a user, display advertisements on Technology Basement and ban users due to misbehaviour. All posts containing mostly non-english text will be deleted. We hope you will respect the rules above and have a great time here!
Here are more below that you must follow!
* No racist content or abuse of any kind will be tolerated Criticize ideas, not people. Flaming will not be tolerated. This includes any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws.
* Respect the privacy of others Do not post other's phone numbers, addresses, pictures etc., without their permission. Each forum member may have only one account.
* Do not use objectionable language
* Do not dig up old threads! This means any topic that hasn't been replied to in over 2 weeks. If you want to continue an old discussion (older than 2 weeks), create a new thread and reference the old one in your post.
* No Blatant Advertising! This forum is not free advertising space and is not a place to advertise your website!
* Politics and Religion This is not a political or religious site, this is a video gaming related website, please do not post on any issue that can be considered as political as someone will always be offended.
* No Spamming! No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content.
* Message content YOU remain solely responsible for the content of your messages.
* No Cap Locks! Please do not post messages with the subject or post all in capital letters, or your message will be deleted. Words all in capitals are not only annoying but are read 50% slower than normal writing.
* Wide Messages If you post a message that breaks the sites width limit your post will be deleted or edit. If you have to put the wide text in a text file and post that with your message.
* Bad Comments Any false comments about this site or anyone on it will be deleted and you will have your account deleted or suspended without warning!
Signatures:
• Signatures will be no longer than 5 lines.
• Signatures may contain 1 image (max. 550 x 150 pixels).
• Signatures may contain a link to your personal site or sites that maybe of use to other members. No Blatant advertising!
• Signatures are expected to follow the same guidelines as posts.
• Respect your fellow members.
* No requests by PM!
* Do not act as a staff member unless you are one!
* Do not post links to non-English programs or sites! If you do, then please post in BIG BOLD LETTERS saying what language it is.
* The Warning Bar
The warning bar is fairly logical. It's used as a corrective measure for the board. Only you can see your own warning bar. Moderators will use this to "warn" you of rule infractions. If issued a warning it will come by private message. It will include the infraction post and the reason as why your getting warned. There is no need to panic and ask why you get a warning as they are not designed as a punishment. They are there as a reminder to you (only you and Mods/Admin can see them) so you won't make the same mistake twice. Of course warnings can be taken away as easily as given but only when we are happy with your 'improved' postings. Don't bother asking us to remove your warnings!
* However if you keep breaking the rules and reach 100% on your warning bar you may be banned as you will be seen as a troublesome member. After all you will receive enough reminders as to what you do wrong and it's up to you to remedy it. We reserve the right to modify these at anytime.
