The thing with text typing is it's done because you don't have a full keyboard on a phone (generally) and usually want to write it pretty quickly and so it's quicker to shorten words.

However you are on a computer with a full keyboard in front of you and plenty of time, so why is it so hard for you to type three letters, 'you', rather than the letter 'u'? That's just one example, but it's really annoying, and doesn't look good when a moderator cannot type in proper English.

Stop flaming Penguin, Admin made an out-of-the-box decision by choosing him but that does not give you the guys to flame him. Yes, he's young but he can be conditioned to moderate/Communicate effectively. Stop flaming him.

Ok i'll give him a chance, but i would still like to know why he was chosen. If it was just on votes in that thread it's pretty stupid, because most of his votes came from new members.
