Is the mylo a threat to the PSP?
I think it would make a great phone but IDK about gaming. The new one has a touch screen but still...
Any cool hacks/mods for the mylo? I haven't heard much about it...

It could run games like N+ correct, just not God of War type games. Plus it has a keyboard for in chat gaming?

Does anyone own one? I have only seen one and that was in a store.

Mylo2 is one of the best internet application consoles I've ever seen. It's a whole lot nicer than Mylo1 and the keyboard and overall design is awesome

It looks really nice. I don't see why sony does not market it. They could easily join with cingular and make a great phone out of it. Skype won't cut it.

cingular wouldnt allow for it, because would fuss..they need to join t-mobile or sprint...maybe t-mobile in this case, but all three have their biggest phones: att: iphone; sprint: instinct; tmobile: sidekick

I own one and I am obsessed with it! I take it everywhere I go, even if there is no wifi. they make a variaty of games for it, and widgets like facebook and google. The original Mylo is just a joke compared to the second. they dont compare. the camera is very nice to have. it can shoot video and since the web browser features down/upload, you can shoot a video and post it directly on youtube. or put a photo straight into facebook. it also has a paint-like photo editor, witch works in perfect harmony with the touch screen. I also like the fact that sony didnt completely ditch the thumbstick navigation. Thsi works well for playing flash games online that require you to move but not click (like "missle game 3d"). I use the built in media player a lot as well. I bought an 8 gig pro duo card plus the 1 gig of internal storage so I have 9 gigs total of storage. I watch movies on it while traveling. The screen is very high resolution (800x480) so the movies look great! The backlit qwerty keyboard is very easy to use. The mylo 2 is ALMOST perfect.

The only 2 cons I have for this item is that:
-It does not have Bluetooth
-The camera should flip around to enable video chat in Skype


I have seen a few go pretty cheap on ebay. I highly reccommend getting one. On Sonys site they got a 4.8 out of 5.

i jus wished sony would intergrate some of the features onto the psp. that 1gb of RAM is so nice. not to mention the ability to watch youtube on the internet browser and a qwerty keyboard. i hope to see a Mylo design move to the psp 2
