Im not the one complaining about the site,i have no problem with the way the sites running why would i leave...great opinion,Kudos

I know what he has done i have read back in time durr...Cryings not gonna get you anywhere,he's trying to get you all to feel bad for him dont you all see that..jus becauce this name is 2 months old doesnt mean i havent been around on another name...woo hoo evryone think on that

Funny you mention that you have two accounts jason, since thats against the rules here and results in a perm. ban for both accouts.
If you don't feel the need for a change, that's good, that means you think this site is running without any problems. However, people are still entitled to their opinions. Mime came on strong about the mods being worthless (the inactive ones), but I feel that it was a wake up call for everybody. Sure, there's not really a need for new mods, but I agree with throwing some of the inactive ones out and maybe give one member the title. Becuase who knows how big the forums will grow in the near future, and who knows how much the "crew" needs help moderating the forums.
Please just calm yourself down on this. If you don't feel the need for a change, back yourself up in a mature way, and not bashing other people.

man this thread seems to be turning a lot of people into pricks...c'mon guys pretty much everyone who has posted in this thread is a good guy/girl who has contributed to the site. So why are we all debasing ourselves over little back and forth ranting... just cool down until the mods actually decide what they are going to do (lol then you can argue more) until then I think it would be a good idea if this thread were closed as at this point nobody really has anything left to say...

It's all good. Sorry for the typo once again.
And there's no flaing going on here anymore, everyone's cool now. The admin and the mods will talk about this all and come up with some changes, for the good. So it's not going to negatively affect these forums in anyway, I can gaurantee you that!

BTW- We do need to replace the unactive mods. I'd say Darkfox would be a great one

I wonder what the admin will do ?

As JR said the crew will talk this over and come up with a solution on how to improve the "mods".

We would like to know 'publicly' what changes or future thoughts are up for that. Lets not make the users "guess or foretell" whats in store. Coming from the Admin or JR since up to this moment he has been the most competent//sufficient Mod involving this Thread as well as Darked. So if any of you guys have the news from Admin let us all know.

You shouldn't give him credit, he didn't create the reputation mod.

Give credit to whoever created it.

I have read through this entire thread.

The admin has pm'ed me about my recent activity (or lack there of). I have stated to him the same I will state to you guys... I am comfortable stepping down as a mod. I am in no way planning to leave the site but certain situations have arisen in my life that limit my involvement with this forum. I still plan to lurk around and read and occasionally provide some advice. I have been a member here for longer then almost every active person on this forum and in the past two years I have spent countless hours helping people and taking care of administrative tasks associated with the site. It takes a lot of time and I don't have that much time for the site anymore.

JR does a great job and is very mature (especially for a guy his age). I also have a lot of repsect for matrixsucks. I think he is mature and handles himself very well. I do not think either of these guys have abused there powers and I would say that should continue being mods.

Darked has been very rational and I repsect his input in this thread.

IONz should be removed for sure since he has not been on in a very long time. I don't see justinisloco much and I would be fine with removing him from the list of mods. Not really sure what I would do about Julie. She is not active in that she does not participate with the forum but she does reply to reported posts and she cleans up and moderates in the background. I suppose if she wants to still be a mod and she is still active in the background that would be fine. There is no rule stating that mod must be a part of the social life of the forum.

I look forward to contributing when I can to the forum, even if I am not doing so as a moderator.
