It's only an upgrade version though i believe, not full retail. still a great deal for students though.

I was happy enough to get it pre-ordered in July for £44.99, or about $70 in your money.

Sorry to bump, but for the sake of anyone who lands here, you can do a clean install. It's not just a pure upgrade only type of deal. So I would highly recommend grabbing this offer while it lasts. It's only $30 for a legal version of Windows. Why not?
