yes that is true, especially with the stock Sony batteries provided with the PSP. you can buy a battery that has like 3200MaH but I dont think I would recoomend that as Ive read stories and seen videos of electronics blowing up due to overloads from the battery. you get about 10 hour full charge running all defaults.. run at 333mhz you get about half that on a full charge. try starting at 222, then go to 266, until you see a change.. only gotta be at 333MHz if none of the others work for ya
