I had to charge my battery after making it, because it was at 70% vice the required 75%. Worked fine afterwards, 1 bricked PSP fixed!

I have charged all of mine fine, f you are in any doubt change it back to a normal battery and charge it, you can always put it back to a jigkick

You dont have to change it back to a normal battery to charge it, just plug the ac adapter into your psp without a battery, turn the adapter on, then insert the pandoras battery and it charges fine.
