Yes, DDCv7 now has IDStorage restoration. Always, and I mean ALWAYS make a backup of your NAND and IDStorage, you never know when you'll need it...

) I found out that the UMD did not read, the USB did not function, the screen stayed black (obviously). But heres the catch I forgot to backup my ID-keys *kick himself in the butt* , so I used a backup from my other psp and it booted up but the UMD and brightness was all messed up. I had to Hex edit my own keys from an original backup of Keys I found on the net and it works fine. Everything is back to normal. So if anyone has any problems with there Keys just post here and Ill see if I can help.
