Sony is failing me

Are they going to release a back for the slim that lets me use a 2200 mah battery or what? Sony needs to get on the ball with that already!

I'm with you. I've got an extra phat battery that I want to use on my slim. . I'm going to go peruse their site and see if they have one.

Well, they did have to change the battery size to make it "slim"

yes. game informer said the back was suppossed to be released at the same time as the slim. basically because the slim battery sucks.

last i heard they were going to do that but it might be 2008 before they do it. not sure why seems like a really simple thing to design and package and an easy way to make more money... maybe 3rd party companies will release one soon
