Default can you make a cfw slim battery/stick on vista yet?

Does anyone know if there is an app that will allow you to make a pandora battery and stick on vista, or is it all still just xp compatible?
i just got a slim and was tricked into thinking the Disinter pandora program would install cfw on a slim, but its only for making an unbricker.

FINALLY.
ok, the issue is the formating part. you cannot use mspformat.exe on vista, however, if you type in this:
c:format f:\FAT
it will format it correctly.
and now i have a 3.60 mem stick.. now onto the battery.

Ah, well, you dont need to, just open up cmd promt and type in "format x:\" where "x" is your psp drive letter.
