Pandora Questions: PSP-110 Battery Small Board

I have a friend with a homebrew enabled psp but i just thought it'd be "easier" to whip out a pin OMG how wrong was i lol also here is a link to a forum... it's translated from german but they appear to have the same problem/maybe a solution i don't quite understand. it looks as if one person has a pic with the answer on imageshack but it doesn't work

i posted a reply not sure if it worked... ah well.... another question... if we do find what pin it is... is i merely a question of getting a needle and lifting out the leg. cause they're really small and i can't solder... i haven't got the equipment for one

haha yeh.. stupid 15 post rule... umm u wont be able to just lift, ud have to either desolder it or cut it, but if u cut it then its a pandora forever really haha.

I'm probs gonna get my m8 with homebrew to do it...
But i dunno if i'll convert it back to normal battery i'll have another better one by then so i'll probs keep this for unbricking....
It'd be good if we could find out what pin it is anyway... for the sake of the community y'know lol.

haha yeh id definately get ur friend to help u out. i would get a friend to help me but i dont know anyone with a psp, let alone a homebrew enabled one. for the meanwhile i shall continue my search for the right pin to cut.. haha

Well if i get mine working there's always the art of Mail....
although i don't think randomly giving my address out over the internet is wise nor you randomly giving out your psp maybe i could sell you the battery or something on ebay

I think I'm on to something here.

I found this Data Sheet....

If this is correct.... Pin 4 is the Ground of the L02 IC.

Does NE1 want to try it or do I have to be the first "Victum".

Can NE1 confirm this is the EEPROM on the PSP-110 Battery with the small board.
