Default questions on slim battery pack and memory

ok i dont have my psp yet but i want to make sure i get the right stuff i need.

first i heard the battery packs for sale on the market right now are designed for the phat psp and not slim, i also heard this isnt true as well. then i heard there were new battery packs coming out for the slim that wont be pandora compliant, im not sure what im suppose to take in from all this?

also whats the best pro duo memory to buy? i hear sandisk over sony being the general concensus right?

ok thanks.

Default questions on slim battery pack and memory

well, if you want homebrew, you will need to get an older phat battery to mod. Slim ones should work, but u cant use them in older psps.

The batteries on the market are designed for the phat psp, but they work in the slim. Sony is actually releasing a battery kit that comes with a special cover for using the phat battery in the slim.

Lastly, it depends on how much memory you want. Sandisk and sony are both good, but you may want to worry more about how much memory you need. If you are doing mostly game saves and maybe some music or 1 or 2 videos, i would say go with the 1gb. If you have an extra $110 laying around, and you want to cram as much stuff in the memory stick as possible, go with the 8gb. Otherwise, id say go with 4gb's. I hope this helped you.
