I just hard-modded a 110 battery. It wasn't that different.

How do I open my PSP battery up?
It is the psp-110 that came with my Fat PSP but lemme tell ya... it is not the same as all the pics I have been seeing for modding the 110. It does NOT have the ico4 anywhere on it. You must have the diffrent kind of 110 battery... lucky you! I have done an exaustive search (wayyy to many hours spent trying to find a way) and to no avail. |

Bummer deal. I am not sure where my friend got this battery but I am pretty sure it is the one that came with his phat psp. There are way too many different batteries out there.

How do I open my PSP battery up?
I had this same question ...
On my Slim battery, I started with a thin screwdriver and substituted the little plastic thing that comes on your store bought bread ( non - twisty tie one). When there was a big enough opening from wedging the screwdriver in there I slid the bread thing in. I slowly and carefully forced the case on the battery open... Just so you know you are breaking the battery case that originally is glued or melted together somehow.
Worked pretty good, just got to be carefull at the bottom out the battery, the end opposite of the connectors there are 2 metal tabs that are pretty close to the case and potentially could be torn apart if your seperating device goes in too deep. |

How do I open my PSP battery up?
I wouldn't use a razor, I would have liked to try the guitar pic way..LOL
But in the end, I just used a small standard screwdriver (Flat head).
Pick up a second hand one, and try again, or buy the Datel one as it works as both I hear.

How do I open my PSP battery up?
Lol, I shorted my battery, so I used my friend's 3.52 M33 PSP to Pandora a battery (with the homebrew app I had) and used his battery to flash my PSP. Worked like a charm. The only thing is that I'm running on AC power now until I go and buy a new battery. I really don't care if it's one of those new, generic ones that can't be Pandora-ed, because I don't plan on bricking my PSP lol!
