Sounds like a brick...sorry to say.

Are you running custom firmware or official sony?

Its its official fw then the only way to fix it is to replace the motherboard or use a pandoras battery and memory card, if you are running custom firmware and can access the recovery menu, then you have a chance to rescue it.

Did you try to put a theme on your psp via the flash0 folders ?

Have you pressed the brightness button a few times too?

You can always run the recovery option at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP in the recovery menu.

Put the recovery file in the above folder using the toggle usb in the main recovery menu.

What firmware are you running?

Hopefully you made a backup of the original flash folders before you put the new theme on, just reflash the original folders back to the psp and it should be ok.

Go to recovery mode, advanced, toggle usb flash0, then copy and paste all the backed up folders here. Exit recovery and it should be fine.

Just do the flash0 folder.

Take the battery out for a few secs, then turn on the psp holding the R trigger button, this should get you to recovery menu.

any luck?
