Corrupted data on Pandora.

I havn't been using my PSP at all, but a couple of months ago I upgraded to 3.72. I noticed how great the homebrew scene has become now. So I want to downgrade my PSP and I have the 3.72 firmware version. When I load the installer and battery though (in Pandora), I get 2 icons and 2 corrupted data files. It's the only step that is preventing me from going on. I can format the memory stick with Vista too. I have:

The original "fat" PSP.
Version 3.72
A 512MB memory stick.
The original battery.

What do I do? Thanks for any help because this is pretty much frustrating.

you need a homebrew enabled psp to run these files - you either get the files yourself from somewhere else or you have a friend with a homebrew enabled psp to make them for you

I'm having the exact same problem with my 3.72 fimware. I don't have the convenience of having a friend with a homebrew psp. Itried opening my battery the other night and it started smoking. This is very frustrating.

Same. I don't want to mutilate the battery by cutting things off and make it explode though.

you need to open it up unless someone can do it for you
