Need help with one simple thing

Well, im trying to do pandora's battery and all, but I cant seem to open the PSP battery pack without fearing to damage it. Can someone suggest what i should use and how to use it?

when i did mine i used an exacto knife, stuck it upwards through the seam and and pulled the length of the battery, remove turn repeat for all 4 sides, i learned to do this the hard way after causing my first attempt to smoke by sticking the knife through the battery itsself. hope this was helpful

Im trying that now but how do i do that without harming it?

you have a fat or slim?

press the point pf the blade flat side under the seam push up so just the tip (about 1/8th inch of the blade) goes under the seam and cut

i just used a sharp kitchen knife, and pushed it in the little cracks and pushed until i broke through

I have a Fat PSP but i almost got it! I just need to open the top right now which isnt budging.......and im afraid if i go any harder ill break the stuff inside

well, i got it open and i removed the leg, but once i start it up, the PSP turns on and nothing shows up on the screen and then it turns itself off! Whats happening?

The battery is only half of the process. If the PSP still turns on, you've probably done it right. Now you need to set up the magic memory stick. This guide (How to create a Pandora's Battery and Slim MS without a Fat PSP) should help you. Just skip the battery part in the beginning since you've already done that.

It should work with both fat and slim models.

beware fat and slim models for magic stics work differently you need different files

oh ok where can i find those? When i was doing the pandoras GUI thing nothing worked it always said error then sometrhing

i would suggest TOTALNewbi...search for it on google, it is far most the easiest program for slim & phat, takes less than four clicks...
