Question Phat PSP Battery accident...

Ok to make a long story short, I went ahead and hard modded a psp phat battery by using the single wire method. After I was done with it I wanted to take out the wire so it would become a normal battery again. Unfortunately I was lazy and decided to just try and pull out the wire since I didnt use that much solder and ended up pulling off the solder contact on the capacitor. The part I am talking about is in the picture below. Please note this is not an actual picture of my battery.

I tried to resolder that point but was unable to. Interestingly enough, even without the wire it still acts like a pandora battery. I just want to know if it will be safe still using that battery with that one point of the capacitor desoldered off, especially during recharging. I guess this will be a question for someone more familiar with electronics but I appreciate any input.
