I do not no how to put iR shell on my psp! i have no clue what i need to get it on there and i hav the slim psp

First your on 3.95 ofw your psp firmware is not certain cfw... you need a 3.80m33 or 3.90 m33 cfw to get irshell to work your ms... that is what i think

you should be in custom firmware to install ir shell.
the latest irshell is 3.9, it has a patch for 3.90 m33.
