Default Modifying PSP Phat using Pre-modded Slim

Hi guys,
When I got my slim a couple of months back I modded it using the PB/MMS method. A friend of mine has a phat and I heard whisperings that it was possible to mod a phat psp without having to use a pandoras battery, instead only using a slim using custom firmware and MMS. Is this atall possible, and if so could someone explain how to go about the whole process or link me to a guide...

Thanks

Nope ............ You need to have both Pandora battery & MMS to install CFW in any PSP ........ If you could, then post the link where you have read that.

Yes and No - You can use a pre-modded PSP with CFW to convert a regular battery to a jigkick (pandora) battery (it's called softmodding - google it). Then you create an MMS and you can convert another PSP. When done, You can use the first PSP to convert the jigkick battery back to a normal battery.

I believe TimeMachine is all you need to convert the battery - not sure.

I found this - it might help you -
