Default god of war psp moddable?

Hello to all the modders out there.
I've a god of war edition psp-2001 the battery is the standard 3.6v 1200mAh & the model for the battery is psp s110.
My question is can I mod the battery by scratching the line and restore it with lead? Or is this battery mod proof? And how do I tell?
If the battery is mod proof can I still use a pandora battery on the psp?
Thanks in advance and please take pity on a noob.

Yes, EVERY PSP is moddable. I bet the odds are is that you could mod the battery.

If not, dealextreme has pandora batteries for 11 bucks.

In a ongoing war between Homebrew community and Sony, the latter has made a new move. It seems that electronics giant has patched new version of PSP motherboard dubbed TA-82 v2 not to allow the creation of the Homebrew community biggest hits so far - Pandora’s Battery.

So far, it has been reported that Sony’s patch is just preventing the creation of Pandora’s Battery, but it can be used on the PSP device with the TA-82 v2 patched motherboard.

I ripped this off of pspzine.
I wasn't sure if this applied to the gow psp or not.
Yeah I'm ordering the 4gig pandora combo. I just can't seem to wait.

robby10ant, you have the s110 model battery? And is your psp fairly new off of the store shelve? I'm just trying to do the research before I jump in to this. Thanks.
