Default battery mobo hinge broke.

I was a lil over zealous, when I was opening my slim batt, and I busted one of the metal hinges that connects the battery to the mobo. I tried soldering the hinge back together but the battery wont fire up the psp anymore. Is there any way of repairing this? I just tried using a glob of solder. Perhaps soldering the tabs individually. Any who. I'm ordering my new batt and pandora batt from delaextreme tonight.

Well, solder prodcues a residue that can (low chance) prevent connectivity. Also, those tabs might be coated. I would use a small wire brush to clean the solder points, use some flux also. It might be better to solder a wire across the break as opposed to globs ot solder also. Not sure which auge would be best if any.
