Help makeing a magic memory stick.

First off im useing vista to dothis as im not home "got xp pro there

" So its all i got. I got the files added to C and start the command prompt and try to start makeing it and get this,

PSP MS IPL Installer
Load IPL Installer
Load IPL code msipl.bin
241664 bytes(59 block) readed

Target DRIVE is 5
Check Partition Sector
Cannot open device \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE5
Can't read partation sector

So whats going wrong? It it cuz im on vista do i need special files or something?
Also is all i need to do to the mem stick is use the files found in Despertar v3 and copy them to it after a format? Or is there some special way 2 do it?

you have to run bat files as admin if your using cmd.....or just download an easy installer but you have to also run it as admin..sorry for my english...

sometimes the easy installer dont work. so do it manually.

If it's a slim, please follow the guide in my sig. It works with Vista, and has links to all downloads needed. Just make sure to run the program as administrator, and make sure you download the 3.90 OFW like the instructions tell you. Trust me, you cannot mess it up as along as you follow instructions.

Psp grader works on both types of psp's,just run the program like I said & you shouldn't have any problems.I know I used it on my phat.

Well you could get an easy installer using Ultrapandora. I think thats the best. YOu can get it if you google it. Depending on ure firmware version you should get v3 or v4. If you dont find it send me beep and Ill just send the file to u.
