Hey you guys i was wondering if the psp charger dose the same thing as a psp battery. Is there a way to hard mod it to act like a pandora?

Nope...You need a battery to do it. However, you could always take a 5v -> 3.5-3.7v regulator, put it between the charger and battery control board (pop the cell out and replace it with the regulator+charger), and have yourself a wall-wart pandora "battery."

...Actually, don't do that - I claim it as my idea...

no, the battery has something to pull to set the serial number to 00000000 or something like that happens

The serial is on a chip on the battery controller - not the cell itself...Hence, if anyone were to do it, it would be via the method I gave above.
