How do i setup my memory card for games etc?

Ive seen ppl say you need certin folders like ISO and games etc on your memory card. How to i set this up "so it works right" so i can add games to the memory stick. I need to know how and what all folders i need on the memory stick to do this. Thanks.

Make a new folder called "ISO" on it.

to clarify, ms0:/ISO

then put the ISO's in there. Normally you need to have a UMD disc in the PSP or it won't load correctly. There are ways around it, but that's another thread

Why would that require another thread? You could have easily said this;

Format your memory stick with your psp...As you're on CFW, it will create the iso folder for you. Put your isos and csos in ms0:/iso/ . After this (or before, the order is unimportant), turn your psp off (not standby). Reboot while holding the right trigger, you should now be in the recovery menu. Select configuration, then go down to "umd driver." Switch from "normal - UMD required" to the one that says "m33 driver." Exit recovery, your psp will reboot. Problem solved, you can now play your backed up games without needing a UMD in the drive.
