I've read some other topics with people having the same problem.

I tried to make my psp s110 1200mAh from japan (was in the psp made in china) a pandora and first i cut the line next to the 19.
after retrying like 10 times i took away the 5th pin and still no difference.
It justs starts normally as if i didnt do anything.
Then i tried connecting 2 points as i saw on a different tutorial, still makes no difference :|
Looks as if theres some pandora proof on the battery, so i ordered a datel red tool battery
i m from portugal i buy my psp here in portugal i try again to cut the line and cut the pin double check the two points and still nothing my psp starts as normal maybe my friend as right and the battery as some difference
well any way i ill not try again my psp is already softmoded
thanks for all your help

Hey everyone I made the other post about two malfunctioning batteries. I think I may have accidentally used the extended boot menu 4 pandora on my slim battery. I know not 2 use pandora on a slim battery . I don't remember doing it BUT !!! when I stick my battery in it doesn't load the XMB! it goes 2 a black screen like its waiting 2 boot a magic memstick! can I reverse this ?!

The other battery problem is - I downgraded my friends psp and 2 weeks later he says it doesn't charge. I 'm not sure if it's my doing I've never had this happen before. he has a phat bat w/ a phat psp I used a charger 2 boot the psp . when I stuck the battery in it said charge was complete and battery was at 0 % i've heard of the wire trick but i've never seen it done and my friend doesn't have the brain compacity 2 do it himself? any ideas???

Some new slims cant see the menu at first i guess.

I have a new slim and yesterday i installed totalnewbieinstaller on my ms and when i went for the first pandora bootup i got a black screen but i saw the lights were blinking ( the 2 on your left) i pushed [] for nand dump and then reboot when it stopped blinking, then i took the battery out and back in, still it got reboot with black screen, then i pressed x for cfw install, when it stopped blinking for a sec it turned off, i took the pandora out and ac in and it started normally.
