why would you? if you won't link to ISOs or help with people trying to use ISOs because it's illigal then why help someone that stole it?

i don't care who you are stealing personal property is one of the lowest of the low and if i ever, i mean EVER saw someone try to steal my shit i would seriously maul them like a pit bull. because it's bullshit.

If someone was dumb enough to leave it on the bus, and in the rain, I believe that its their fault. Anyway, the best way to fix this is to buy some deminiralized water, crack the PSP open and, very thoroughly clean it out. Then let it air dry for a couple of days and attempt a power up. If it doesn't work then, well, it's not really you're loss anyway...
