Pandora boots like normal? (Madden PSP)

I purchases a Blue Madden psp (it came with OFW 3.9?? I am almost sure.. ) my wife ran an upgrade and it did install something now it says 4.05 :/

anyways I tried to hard mod my battery PSP-S110 3.6v 1200mah..

I first cut the trace like all guides show.. nothing happens when I put the battery into my psp.. It just acts like a normal battery.. it never just starts on its own when I put the battery in, it will start like normal with the power switch and it will still charge and everything.. I also got frustrated and cut the 5th pin and IT STILL does the same thing! its just a normal battery still..... seems crazy.. does anyone have any info?

the new batch of psps have a currently unpandora-ble motherboard known as the TA-88. knowing you have the new madden 09 psp. it is very possible you have the lastest motherboard

look for a tool battery online...worse case scenario your out like 10 bucks...i think your psp shipped with one of the unpandorable japanesse/chineese batteries. I think you can still put cfw on it. I put cfw on my step sisters gow psp a couple days ago just find and it had the same ofw to start with, and she even updated it to like yours. Only psp so far that i have heard of that has been confirmed unhackable is the mint green japanesse psps.

Thanks for the info! I have a tool un-bricker on its way from dealextreme. I hope it works! my battery does say made in China so maybe it cant be made into a pandora.. I sure hope thats it!!

FYI all PSP batteries have always been made in China
I have a black PSP 1000, and a blue PSP 1000 imported from Japan and both batteries were made there
it also makes me laugh that my Pandora says TOOL on it in huge letters

oh really? are there some PSP batteries that cannot be turned into pandora's? if my new psp cannot be modded I will need to trade down..

yes, there are some batteries that cant be pandorad...that is why you got the tool battery. Your psp can still be modded tho, i just modded my step sisters god of war psp last week and it is the same model as the madden...just wait for your tool batt to come in, you will be ok!
