UMD Drive

Hey guys, whats some good mods for my UMD Drive? I want to take it off completely to put something in its place. A friend of mine told me about putting a hard drive found in the Zunes.

Can that be possible?

i know its possible to use a compact haddrive, check acid mods, anyway. if i were to remove the umd drive i would make a speaker mod or a sandisk card reader mod.
