help me with pandora

hello people,

ok i have a old psp from a year or so ago and updated it to verson 4.05.
i want to make it a lower verson. i dont have a way to get to a psp with CFW.
i need a way to make a MMS and a pandora battery for the fat system.
i am TOTAL NOOB to this. so please help me i dont know where to start and i want someone with the same (fat psp) that did this to there psp to help me to the right sites and downloads. i really need help..
