You have to install them yourself. Google it. Not worth your time. |

acidmods.com for the guides. You seed SMT LEDs which you can get from Ebay and also some resistors, again ebay.

Acidmods.com is a very good place to get them, and I usually get LEDs from Mouser.com 0603 SMD LED
If you want a guide for this site, i can right one up pretty quick. Do you want sound reactive or just regular? |

The wiring can be found at acidmods.com, and you can buy the lm386 at radioshack or whereever. It will fit under the wifi board. I am doing a trigger mod and a UMD RoL mod for a customer of mine soon(I mod psps for money), want me to take a few pics and make a little guide? All you really should need to know is the wiring. |

They can be brought from the acidmods shop (Wiredimput us). Note acidmods is currently down due to switching servers or something.

But back on topic trust me the sound boards are good and they are easy to fit in the psp, plus you can solder them so the wifi switch turns them on and off.

ontop of the sound board (if you're going the route of sound reactive) You'll also need the smallest spool of solder you can find, a solder gun that can go between 15w-30w, 30 AWG Kynar wire (2 color's preferbly), 10 ohm resisters, and your 0603 SMD LED's. I found my LED's (view in my sig) through a british company, but you can find the other colors pretty much anywhere.
You'll also need a lamp with a magnifying glass in it, 1 or two pairs of helping hands (and actual tool, not another person, lol), flux (some spots are easier to solder useing it), heat resistant tape (so you can solder in tight area's without fear of melting small parts, or soldering them together on accident), and some tweezers sharpened to a point, and the 'teeth' or ridges flantened. It's a tedious work, but it's a fun process!
I went the route of wireing them to my WLAN switch. If you're looking at it from the circut board, there are 3 pins that stick out onto the board. You can bridge the left and middle with solder (or wire them) and connect your grounds to the right. Then my positives were wired through a 10 ohmn resistor into the conductor for the WLAN connection light. Pre-plan where your wires will go, and give yourself plenty of length to work with.
