Want to give CFW a shot on my new Slim Daxter OFW V3.80

hi team , its Sunday around 12pm and want to give CFW a shot on my new Slim Daxter OFW V3.80. Im must admit i am a little scared........

i have downloaded the files from Dark Alex's site

OFW 401.PBP
CFW 401M33
CFW 401M33-2

and also have PSP Pandora Deluxe v2.3 installed

i have a 5 in 1 Sandisk memory card reader a Pre-made Pandora Battery and a Sony 1GB memory stick (unformatted)

ive read a bunch of Tutorials out there and watched a few Youtube videos but need a hands on approach from the PSPMod team.


any info or help would be sweet

And Then Put The MMS Inside Your PSP,
And Put Your Pandora Battery In Your PSP.

And Hit To Install M33 CFW.

It Will Flash - And Viola!!!

so how did it go?

hi team , i have taken a few snaps of my Pandora Deluxe settings

first i goto File then Load 4.01 EBOOT.PBP (OFW) its a 25MB file approx then selected these settings












next i guess hit start to make the MMS

after that do as JOKesTER described

And Then Put The MMS Inside Your PSP,
And Put Your Pandora Battery In Your PSP.

And Hit To Install M33 CFW.


am i good to go ? or am i missing anything ?

The Pandora Deluxe software works... but I prefer Rain's MMS Maker. Less file junk and no dependancies on MS.Net crap.

yes, ive never tried pandora deluxe due to the ms.net crap, but it does look good. i use rains and im happy with it.
s8n..i would go ahead and try it. you have a pandora and mms, so if it bricks your still safe. dont forget to hold the L trigger when you install the pandora battery.

hiya , i have managed to update the firmware ok........im just having a hard time getting a ISO to showup in XMB , i havent set "UMD ISO mode to Sony NP9660" i dont know how to do that atm.

i have the .ISO or .CSO in a folder called "ISO" ie.....MS:\ISO\Virtua Tennis.ISO

and i did format the Mem Stick to fit more ISOs on it , not sure if that was stupid ?

just got it to show up toda7873 , i had to format it from the PSP not PC.......the PSP dont like me working from the Sandisk mem card reader for some reason.

but now i get the error 80020321 after booting the game not sure whats up there

Hit select on the XMB.

Go down to UMD ISO Mode

Hit right until you see M33 Driver

Exit the menu.

Play your ISO

it booted nice work Bewood , im sure toda7873 is just behind you with a similar answer.........man i thank both of you and JOKesTER for your efforts , patience and knowledge , JOKesTER helped alot with the CFW update.
