Part missing where to buy

Hi there all I took apart my psp the other day as i broke the screen, installed the new one today and i have noticed that the small clear perspex block that transmits the movement from the analog stick to the mother board is missing.

does anyone know where i would get one or does anyone have one for sale, i dont even know what its called so i cant google it. thanks for your time
