Default power board problems

my friend has a slim and droped it.
nothing came loose form the motherboard i already checked so i think it might be the small power board that connects to the switch.
the orange light comes on when the battery is in with the ac adapter.
the green light does not come on neither with the ac adapter or just the battery.
I also tried a pandora battery because it bypasses the switch and still nothing.
