my psp charger seems to only charge when it wants too and its doin my head in the plug connector is british but the 5V AC adaptor is U.S. Despite this there has never been a problem before....is it worth me just lobbing that in the bin and buying a new one?
Well 5V AC adapters are quiet cheap so you can get a replacement from your local Electronics dealer or a Radio Shack
Once you have a new one you can test it, if it works, keep it, if it doesn't, take it back
