What the Hell? It created Folders I never even heard of before, I was like, ok, why do I need these???
Plus, it created a MP3 folder and a MUSIC one, when I passed the songs into MP3 it didn't work, I had to reconnect the PSP, and transfer them into MUSIC.

First of all, what firmware? Second of all, are you managing your music using a program on your computer that might have created the MP3 folder? And thirdly, does it really deserve a thread, just to ask "what the hell?". Delete the folder. Problem solved.

Well I'm using OFW 5.03, I just copied the songs from the pc into the memory stick, before I formated it, I just had them on the MUSIC folder, then it created MUSIC and MP3 after I formated it, so I thought I had to put it on the MP3 folder, and I was wrong, I thought if i'd delete it I'd kinda shut down the PSP capacity to read MP3 files, so I wasn't sure, hence why I asked.
So it's safe to just delete it? And why has the PSP created it if it doesn't play the MP3 format?

I don't know, I've never heard of a PSP creating an "MP3" folder. And yes, you can delete it. It's just a folder.

well i can take a prnt screen if you want.
Unless it was created due to the fact that my PSP-USB cable is ruined and I'm using my phone (Sony Ericsson W8 10i) to connect to the pc.
I only asked coz I wasn't sure if it would be needed, and coz I was amazed that it created a folder named MP3 and doesn't allow music to be played from.
