I just got 9 in from Deal Extreme at $3.31 a piece I only set one up as I only had one pair of Sandisk 16gig micro cards. This was setup for a friend with the two Sandisk cards I installed 25gigs of games on it after formatting the adapter then ran a handful of games I did notice alittle lag in the opening intro cutscene of GoW (these are only class 2 speed cards) however everything booted up fine I turned system off completely rebooted, just did the normal shutdown a few times removed the card and reinserted it while the system was on and it always recognized the card. I wonder if anyone has experience with the class 6 speed 16gig cards? I hope they perform well as I may order some for myself they price though for the class 6 speed cards are around $78 a piece where the class 2 speed were only $44 a piece

I use 2x 16gb Micro sdhc's (Class 6). The only game i've come across that hasn't ran perfectly smooth was GTA after being ripped and compressed.

Should probably shop around to try an find a decent deal 78 per is a bit high.

Hey folks,
I just got a PSP-3000 and want the 32GB now. Do you know where in the states the CR-5400 and the class 6 32GB chips can be found? Thought I read DealExtreme is a three week wait.

If not, what do you think about this 32GB Memorystick Pro Duo at amazon

"http://www.amazon.com/Lexar-LMSPD32GBSBNA-32GB-Memorystick-Pro/dp/B002RL8UQ6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1261100373&sr =8-1"

It's a little more than the prices for the CR-5400 solution but I'm thinking I won't have to worry about fried memory and I can have it in a few days. It's worth the extra $20-30 to me.

Thoughts?

Amazon.com: PhotoFast MicroSDHC to MS PRO DUO Adapter. Converts Two MicroSD or MicroSDHC Cards To MS PRO DUO: Electronics

You can get 16gb Micro Sdhc Adata's for a good price from say Newegg.com. You get 2 16's for 32gb. There aren't any 32gb micros : Newegg.com - 16GB,Adata Micro Sdhc

Look into the Cr-3100 as well. You can have a total of 64gb with that.

Thanks for the quick reply. Question? Why would I get the solution you offered. It's more $$ than the one I found. Is there a difference is access times or something else I'm not seeing?

Also, I thought I read that the PSP would only see the 32GB. Is this not the case with the CR-3100 solution you mention?

Thanks again for the prompt reply!

If you cannot find the Cr-5400 + Sds for a cheaper price than the 32gb and you want that, then get it. For micros write speeds vary with the class. Read speeds should all be about the same.

The Psp would recognize 64gbs during M33-6 (Not sure when it first started to see that much) so it'll see it in 5.03 Gen-C or 5.03 Mhu.
