Default Psp Freaked out a few minuite's ago

Okay was playing on computer and had it plugged up but not on and PSP fell
like 2 feet onto carpet and not it's randomly turning on and off...

At random interval's go's to xmb then closes screen flickers then closes

With it like this i'm scared to pandora it afraid it will turn off during flashing

Any suggestions what problem could be?

It act's likes it enters xmb then goes to standby

(i can have it off and sometimes it randomly turns on)

All I can say is; don't flash it. Dropping your PSP doesn't harm the software, just the hardware.

Seem's to have fixed it's self over time... No longer doing anything bad and did a "restore factory default's" maybe it was on and when fell got caught in limbo and it hurt it's little mind... only thing i can think of and don't have a small enough screwdriver to take apart and see if anything inside is damaged

I think you should wait a few more minutes, just in case it decides to freak out again. Lol. I've dropped my PSP a few times, twice on concrete... and it still hasn't broken on me yet. I thought the PSP 3000 would be a flimsy piece of shit. I guess it proved me wrong. xD

LOL first i thought battery may have turned into a pandora... (could hapen) so left battery and mem stick out for a bit and that seemed to fix it

But yeah psp is a virgin for now... still has warranty sticker covering it's juicy insides from my probing screwdriver

EDIT

Nvm not fixed... It just did it again... WTF

I'm starting to question the new air conditioner it's near (about 2 feet away from) on bed away from it it's fine but to near it and "auto on then off"

Nope it auto turns off there as well
AND NOW ITS CRASHING ON XMB

Gonna leave on recovery mode for a bit and see if crash's If doesn't after a hour gonna gonna use helcats to 5.0m33-4 and if that fail's pandora to 3.71m33

Gonna try in a game...

to anyone that's taken a psp apart this question is for you. I finally got psp disassembled... (harder to do when you care if something break's lol)

My cable connecting to the power switch board was a little cockeyed

So could the be problem? don't want to continue any further and risk breaking something if this is reason

If i had a cam i would take picture but it was like 1 mm cockeyed

The cable that connects here

So would this be enough to cause power failure?

And also seem's latch is defective i can move it around while latch is closed

(using one of mom's make up things to flip the latch's (being a guy don't know what it's called but it's real thin and has this shape (V) sorta)

Edit: I think Problem is fixed now Could i mod please close the thread?
