Another possible thing he could've done is went on eBay and bought a broken PSP for like, $50 and then whenever he needed something else he'd have a spare piece. That's what I would've done. Or just do what Drizzle suggested.

haha nice one, BUT I have looked for broken PSPs on EBAY and the cheapest was still about $100!
