File Transfer

Is there any software that can allow me to send music or video files from one psp to another?
I know that you can send photos but thats all I know, send and recieve photos.
I have a version 2.7.

None, that I've seen, and if there is a homebrew app that will do this, your outta luck since your on 2.7
