well sounds like it is still a pandora, which will only work while the psp is plugged up.
You should change it to a normal, depending on how you modified it. |

When I had a Pandora battery, the battery just messes up when you put the pin up. But my pin came off, but it still worked as a pandora. Just go to the shop and buy a spare battery and try that. I'm not really sure. But suggestions help right? |

solder the pin back down to the pad making sure there are no other wires or solder connections to other pins on the ic chip, in other words no shorts (for techies). if that doesn't work then get a ic chip which would probably be the cheapest. i don't know where you would be able to get it but if you can get the ic chip and solder it on yourself. if all else fails buy a got dang battery. |

Turn on the psp with the wall adapter and once it's on put the battery in. If the battery is still good it should stArt charging at this point. |

Batteries tend to run out of juice. Start with the basic and work your way up when you have a problem like this; you don't wanna screw up his stuff. |
