Logic suggests that it is some circuit that is busted between your board and the speakers. The sound module still works as your headphone jack works

Thanks all of you, Zackfair_13 how did you get sound back in your sister's psp? Gameunreal so do you think that it is not the fuse? Some one suggested me to blow air and clean in side of audio jack and I did that but no luck. |

Speaker wiring might be routed through wifi board.

Well I know its another system I'm referring to but did you drop it? I once slung one of my handheld systems across the room when I forgot to close my backpack and the sound totally messed up. I had to get an eternal stereo add-on for it.
Otherwise I don't know jack about wiring and you'll have to ask other people.

Circuits are quite fragile and can crack which leads to whatever not working.

13 - No sound from speakers but but i can use the headphone jack
interesting....i do not get sound out of the built in speakers, unless i plug headphones in...
for clarification:
no headphones plugged in = no sound from built in speakers
headphones plugged in = no sound from headphones, but sound works from psp speakers
have tried 2 different wifi/sound boards
sound worked fine from original wifi/sound board, but the memory stick slot had a broken pin, so replaced the board |
