no. because the psp doesnt have bluetooth unless you can google a psp bluetooth adapter (not sure if there is such thing) then u should be able to do it.
they should of added built in bluetooth in the slim. oh well!

I dont' know about Nokia but i transfer mp3s between my psp and Sony Ericsson just fine.

No, PSP doesnt have Bluetooth and Bluetooth is almost standard amongst phones these days.

You could try sending it via an IM client maybe or upload on Rapidshare and send the link to your phone.

my RAZR has IR so yeah I guess they could talk, but I don't know what the cellphone ITSELF let's the IR do, (it could be dangerous to let other things do that, imagine ads or p0rn randomly coming on ur phone)

It's possible with infrared to send many things from many devices, if you know how to code. But honestly, the speed is so slow, it's no where near worth it.
