what do i do about this error message, how can i get the homebrew to work?

did you try the windows 95 thing?
i did and got almost the same thing
luckily i backed up my files

upgrade it to 3.71 or 3.80 or 3.90m33 hopefully it will work

it means whatever your running is unsupported.it can also mean you have a fake memstick,usually when playing isos that pops up for a fake memstick though,but meh.upgrade psp to latest cfw.if you still have a problem its like i said bout the fake memstick,or you might be using an old homebrew app.but usually if thats the case itd say this game cannot be started
