Ripkits probably won't do anything for you there, really. Your best bet is to locate a copy of UMDGen 4.00 (Google it, it's free), which will let you open the ISO/CSO and extract contents. I haven't a copy of MOH:H, though, so I couldn't tell you the storage formats that are used in that game, but if the files are not munged together, you'll likely find the audio present in an AT3 file.

Sorry, man, not one of the games I have. Get UMDGen, though, and open up the ISO/CSO, and if you need help you can ask and I'll see what I can do. Just gotta tell me if the audio is in the opening video as part of the video PMF or as a separate AT3, or if it's munged together, which means I can't really help too much.

Alternatively, and this is what I'd do if I were having particular trouble, would be to just connect my PSP to some stereo equipment or your PC if your sound card supports using a Headphone-to-RCA cable and just record it that way, or if you have a male-to-male headphone style cable, you could go into your Line In on your soundcard, and go about it that way.
