Hey welcome. Try using the search button and searching for "psp personalize". You are trying to set the backgrounds on a 1.5 firmware, correct? Anyways... welcome, do the stuff in my sig, and enjoy!

are you asking how you put a background on your psp?

if using v2.00 view a photo that you have on your psp and press triangle...then it should give you an option to set as background
