I have a 3.90 offical FAT PSP and I tried to downgrade it... I got the easy installer and successfully made a magic mem stick, but I hesitated on opening the battery. My gut told me not too but i did anyway... I fried my battery just 30 mins ago...I'm buying a new battery this weekend, but I'm too afraid to mod it again...Iz there anyway to downgrade it WITHOUT Pandoras battery OR DATEL AKKU???

P.S - NOONE has a custom PSP within 50 miles from my home!!! (My community)

There is no way to do it without a Pandora. Dont be discouraged so fast just shake it off and try again. Once you get it done then you will look back and see that it was a piece of cake.

you can pandora via software or look up the voltage and connect AA batteries to the PCB(circuit board) from your orig battery and that will work too
Upgraded My first PSP all the way to 3.51!!! Hell yea, then got online the next night and found out you can mod them, so I yelled as loud as I could with my inside voice WTF?!?!?!?! I sold it to some dork and bought a used one for 80 bucks... So 2 crappy nights and 80 bucks later!!!!!

the pcb has a + and - of course and you can hook AA batteries to the terminals (extended by wires) and it will also work

I don't think you can hook up AA batteries (2-fresh ones) to get the PCB powered up again....I think you would have fried the chip, or at least stopped it from receiving power (long enough) to have ERASED the eeprom of the chip
